Class Discussion
I think that spectrum eating is a fabulous (and fun) approach to eating! For the most part you can ensure that you are eating a variety of nutrients, antioxidants, amino acids, etc.. My consciousness around food has been greatly influenced by various authors, activists, farmers, and my own participation in food justice/ sovereignty work.

ReplyDeleteDo you wanna come to a fermentation day we have at my moms? We just started fermenting last week and it's been great so far. I think we'll be doing this at least once a month.
ReplyDeleteOkay Sara, I see you working with what you got. Very nice garden! I need to stop loafing around and start my own because it's such a beautiful and incredibly rewarding process. You've inspired me
